What New on Tv
Ok my life is boring; I actually look forward to the start of a new television season. I am always hoping a new show will come on that peaks my interest. Those shows have been far and few in between the last few years. I would really like to see something new and original. I would enjoy something other than reality shows. Don’t get me wrong I have enjoyed some reality shows. I like my Survivor and yes I am hooked on Tori and Dean Home Sweet Hollywood but I would appreciate a good story that I can follow from week to week and become emotionally attached to the characters.
So one new show has me looking to see what it is about that is the new 90210. Years ago I enjoyed the original Beverly Hills 90210 so I will watch to see where the new show will take us.
So I am looking at a fall schedule and see on Monday nights we have three new shows, Worst week on CBS and over on NBC we have America’s Toughest Jobs and My Own Worst Enemy. I don’t know about you but none of these even peaked my interests to even look to see what they were about. The titles for me were to negative.
Tuesday nights are a bit more interesting. On the CW we have 90210 and that is followed by a new show called Privileged.
Wednesday night NBC has the new Knight Rider. My curiosity has the best of me so I will watch to see where this new show will be going.
Thursday night ABC has a show called Life on Mars. Actually this does sound really interesting. The synopsis is A modern police detective wakes from a coma to find himself working as a cop in 1973, and must readjust to life even as he seeks a way back to his future. This caught my eye and I will give it a try.
Friday night my family is looking forward to seeing Crusoe and so am I. The synopsis on this is A castaway and his native friend endure the perils of living on a deserted island in this adaptation of Daniel Defoe’s classic novel. I hope it lives up to our expectation.
Nothing new for Saturday night and Sunday nights are dedicated to the Amazing Race.
So we have a few remakes and a few originals lets hope we have some great long running shows to follow for a while.
